I have playing with the site for a short time, and deposited about a dozen times. I ended up racking up 4K+ in winnings, all while following the directions and rules. When I decided to stop and cash out, I asked customer service how to, the fastest way, and if I was able to redeem. They said yes, and up until that point, great customer service. I log in a few hours later, and suddenly I cannot login because my it’s was unavailable in my region. I’m in Texas, where it is ok to play. I am fully verified to redeem as well.
