Very very frustrated .... I have never had a site that has not been able to verify me and then shut down my account with the money I did just win when I did nothing wrong!!! What a shame and disappointment... I didn't not violate any of these terms there sole decisions on shutting me about down was I did not pass internal check point after staggljng me along talking to support and emailing them which is what they told me to do so I could get verified just to shut my account down and tell me I can't withdrawal my money after playing hours through a play through of 1500 dollars.... It used to be really good when they were accepting Cash app payments and redemptions to Cash app. Now that they’ve changed to crypto everything is a problem. There’s no more agents online. I’ve sent emails numerous of times and no response. I did a redemption of $10 to my Solano Wallet and still have not received it.
