Originally I had issues with a couple of things with KYC and VPN issues. Susan from support was incredible help and was more than happy to help with every question/request I had. The issues with the VPN was sorted within a couple of emails. There was technical difficulties with KYC and there was a lot of emails backwards and forwards but as a apologies I was even given some compensation which was not even requested but as a good will gesture for the issues. Once my KYC was all confirmed I received an email and I made my crypto withdrawal straight away. Within 30 minutes of me making my withdrawal I had already received payment.
