This site is a joke they will not pay my winnings I’ve sent documents over and over Every phone number I’ve found does not work and there emails just repeat there no real person to complain too so next step is further steps I’ll be taking in next few days even court if I have too do not sign up do not deposit !!!!!!!

Came across this site as I had an issue with a casino GamePlay.With their assistance I have been able to take my complaint (& back it up with vital info) to IBAS for ADR.Whilst the ADR decision was not for the full amount, 40% of the winning funds (over £1k) has been awarded as compensation.Without Casinomeister assistance I would have been battling a casino giant and end up with Zero.

Please just stay away from this casino I've been waiting for 8 days for my 30 euro cash out, they dont even want to send my 30 euro... This casino doesn't even have a real license, there are so many other good casinos, please dont open this oneEdit: 12 days and still waiting for my funds
