First time ever at this sweeps casino. I made and account and two days later went back to it. I won a nice chunk and when I went to redeem and it sent me to a chat to confirm my redeem. The admin there said I needed to verify on discord so I clicked the link he sent, it opened discord, I had to follow them and then began to verify. When I got back to the chat and told him I had verified successfully, he responded with a message saying that I had multiple accounts and that was against their terms. I told him I have only one account and have only had it for a few days, without a response he closed the chat, took all my sweeps coins, and even disappeared from my discord.
