I had a issue with a casino site, (unpaid winnings)I contacted Casino guru, they listened to my side of the argument and had made attempts to reach the casino site, they stayed with me checking up on updates and kept trying to establish contact with said site. This would significantly increase transparency and trustworthiness for users engaging with the platform. The latter is also a legal requirement under e.g. GDPR.
