But trust me even writing an email and replying on thr email they won't say anything extra same copy paste i dint think so they read your e-mails. The customer support don't understand once UTR is generated it means payment has been received by their payment provider now why is that we have to suffer ... I even tried net banking method as i use to do same in genesis and in an hour i would get my account credited... But here in big bazi i tried once they credited my account after 4 days so i stopped net banking method , mostly i use upi but again lately two of my payments are stuck .if i compare thr customer support to genesis casino they are not even near to them forget about competing ... Let's come to bonuses.They brag about live casino cashback of 10% trust me it fake ... I never got one i lost in lacks .... But when I tried to contact thr live chat and even mailed for the same ... Standard answer was if you qualify you get it ... I told them i lost 2 lakh inr between Friday till Sunday and you can check my transactions.. but as i said earlier robotic ... Nothing happened then i stopped asking .. We all understand that payments at times do get stuck or may be it is thr payment provider who is not responding for the same but a player who has given and deposited his hard earn money shouldn't be penalized for that . When they know it is Google pay payment.
